This is one serious glow-giver. Packed with rice bran water which was used as a toner called Beauty Water during the Korean Joseon dynasty, this serum diligently hydrates skin from the inside out. But its main job is to restore an even complexion so alpha-arbutin is included in the formula to gently yet effectively slow down and prevent tyrosinase activity – this is an enzyme in your skin that controls the production of melanin (dark spots and patches). Alpha-arbutin is known to have 10 times the effect on pigmentation than beta-arbutin which is normally used in brightening formulas. What you see is fresher, more radiant and even skin with regular use.
