This cream is made for beginners to vitamin A. It actually contains retinal which is more active and has quicker results than retinol. It’s a yellow cream (matches the yellow on the bottle!) that feels lightweight but sufficiently moisturising. It’s comfortable on my combination skin. Someone with oily skin may not like how it feels. I find that one pump is enough for my face. I’ve been using this 2-3 times a week with no irritation, but I have been experiencing some breakouts (possibly a result of my skin getting used to it). I have noticed that pores are less visible since using this. I’d have to give it more time to see long term results.

Love the packaging of this product! I've been wanting to try this cream from a while as I am starting my retinol journey I was looking for some gentler options. The cream is light but feels very moisturising. If you have a very oily skin might feel bit heavy at the beginning but as you use it your skin will be more comfortable with it. I have acne-prone and sensitive skin so it did purged me little bit when I increased the use from 2 days to 4 days a week, however it calmed after just a few days. After a month my skin feels brighter and some fine lines are less noticeable. Looking forward to a long term results. I have been alternating it with some gentle exfoliators with glycolic or mandelic acid to keep pores and breakouts under control.
