One of the best

Love the Klairs unscented toner so decided to try the scented. Just as amazing as the other version. Gorgeous texture. Super hydrating. One of my all time favourites.

Holy Grail for Hydration

I adore this toner, and honestly can't be without it. Although I now go for the unscented, I appreciate the smell of this. The fragrant ingredients didn't irritate my skin at all. This is a thick, viscous toner but my skin drinks this up and I can layer it over and over.
